Highly recommend Trinity Rehab in Clifton for any physical therapy needs. After injuring my back, Josh created a PT regimen catered to me that helped me get back on my feet and pain free over the course of 8 weeks. I can't thank Josh and his staff enough. Trinity Rehab is great! They were very knowledgeable and provided effective treatment and guidance. The friendliness of everyone there made it even better. Everything was clean and equipment was like new. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Over the past month, I've been receiving physical therapy at Trinity Rehab in Clifton, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of care and expertise provided by their incredible team (especially Josh, Vada, Lorraine and Fayez). The staff is not only professional but also genuinely caring, taking the time to understand my specific needs and concerns. The facility itself is well-maintained and equipped with state-of-the-art technology, creating a conducive environment for rehabilitation. But what stands out the most is the encouragement and motivation I received throughout my journey. The team didn't just focus on treating the symptoms but also took the time to educate me about preventive measures and exercises I could continue at home. In addition to the excellent care, the scheduling and administrative aspects were seamless. Joshua and all the staff at Trinity provided excellent service and care. The Trinity team made every effort to help me recover my strength and flexibility following injury and surgery. One aspect of the care that they do really well is listen to the patient and continually modify and adjust the action plan to meet the patient’s changing needs. I would definitely recommend Trinity Rehab to anyone one needing physical therapy. Excellent care, no BS!

I’ve been to other physical therapy centers before but, I really liked Trinity/Clifton. The staff gives 100%. They do a great job working on you, to relieve your pain. You have to do your homework and be consistent with the appointments but it works!!! Another plus is that it had a lot of natural light so it’s a nice space to workout. I would definitely recommend this place and will go back.

This was my first experience ever doing PT so I wasn’t sure what to expect as well as being scared. I’m here to publicly say I have had the Best Experience with Josh and his entire staff. You know from the moment you walk in. You are in a physical therapy setting that is more than a place of rehabilitation but a place you can feel at home while you work one day at a time to get back to a better you. This is the place, Trinity Rehab, I would highly recommend. If you are on this page, you are at the right place. I would definitely go in and meet Josh and his team. They are very professional, eager to assist, biggest cheerleader and always there to encourage and support you. I had an excellent experience at Trinity Rehab, working with Jamie and Emmitt. From start to finish, the staff was incredibly professional, organized, and supportive. They really made me feel comfortable throughout my sessions, and I could see improvement in my progress each visit. The team was always attentive to my needs and provided great guidance for my recovery. I highly recommend Trinity Rehab for anyone looking for dedicated and effective physical therapy!

The staff are ABSOLUTELY Exceptional. They know the patients by name and also their personal stories. The environment is very therapeutic. It is QUIET, it is NEVER overcrowded. My wife is the patient, and she loves going there and is doing very well with the PT regimen. The last PT place I was sent to by my Dr. was like an LA FITNESS. I stopped. I will definitely use TRINITY REHAB should I need it in the future.

4/28/26 I just completed a six-week, 18 session days of physical therapy with Amruta. My left knee replacement surgery was on 2/11/26. I can't tell you how great I feel. I owe this to Amruta. She has been very professional in her field; she watched closely, even at a distance, of my workouts and corrected me on some things I was doing incorrectly, such as using the wrong feet when making a short turn; how to distance my feet when I get up from a seating position and most importantly spent time to get me to ascend and descend stairs, which I now easily do at home. All the things I faced at home which were a problem, she taught me how to correct them. She is very attentive, also explained the reason for the warmness in my knee and shin, she always eased my concerns. The staff is friendly and professional, the facility is clean. I've been to 3 facilities for my right knee replacement and was not happy for many reasons at each place. I am so glad I found Trinity Rehab as I will need future therapy when my back is operated on this September. Thank you Amruta. Looking forward to having you take care of my back recovery at that time. See you soon.

I cannot recommend Trinity Rehab in Clifton enough! Recovering from a hamstring injury has been a very long journey for me, but the team here made the entire process incredibly smooth. From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind and professional, making the administrative side of things completely stress-free!! My physical therapist was exceptionally patient and encouraging, especially on the days when progress felt slow. Their expertise and constant support really kept me motivated to stay on track. If you’re looking for a place that truly cares about your recovery and treats you like a person rather than just a patient, this is it!!!
